Form 1096: Summary Transmittal of Information Returns.
Form 8821: Tax Information Authorization (allows the controller to access tax information on behalf of the company).
Form 2848: Power of Attorney and Declaration of Representative (authorizes the controller to represent the company in tax matters).
Form 941: Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return.
Form 941-X: Adjusted Employer’s QUARTERLY Federal Tax Return or Claim for Refund
Form 940: Employer's Annual Federal Unemployment (FUTA) Tax Return.
